Guangdong Pengrui Environmental Protection Resources Co., Ltd. is located in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, mainly engaged in hazardous waste treatment and disposal. The disposal process involves hazardous waste incineration technology, which generates a large amount of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (up to 300mg/Nm ³), sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, NMHC, etc. The existing environmental treatment facilities in the factory cannot effectively treat the pollutants generated, and the emission concentration far exceeds local standards.
To solve this problem, Haimaisi provides one HMS-40000 ozone generator (producing 40kg of ozone per hour) and one HMS-50000 ozone generator (producing 50kg of ozone per hour) for denitrification treatment. After treatment, the nitrogen oxide emission concentration is reduced to about 30mg/Nm ³, and other pollutants meet the emission standards.Ozone denitrification is an advanced flue gas purification technology that mainly utilizes the strong oxidizing properties of ozone to reduce the content of nitrogen oxides in industrial emissions. Firstly, the ozone generated by the ozone generator is introduced into the flue gas containing nitrogen oxides, where it undergoes an oxidation reaction with NOx, oxidizing the low valence NO into higher valence nitrogen oxides (NO ₂, N ₂ O ∝, N ₂ O ₅) that are more soluble in water. Then, in the spray washing tower, it comes into contact with the sprayed alkaline solution and undergoes a chemical reaction, generating water-soluble nitrates and nitrites, thereby removing nitrogen oxides from the flue gas.
