In order to effectively ensure the safety of urban water supply and improve the quality of life of the people, the county party committee and government have coordinated and implemented the construction project of Shangcai County Chongyang Water Plant, a supporting water plant for the Middle Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project. This project is a key water conservancy engineering project at the provincial and municipal levels, a key livelihood project at the provincial and municipal levels, and a key project of "Four Rivers Together". The water source is surface water from the South to North Water Diversion Project, which will be completed in two phases. The current construction scale is a daily water supply capacity of 50000 meters ³。 After the completion of the project, it can meet the domestic water demand of 1.55 million residents in the urban area.
HCZHUN once again collaborating with Hanwei Water Technology to assist in the construction of the Chongyang Water Plant project in Shangcai County. According to the design plan, our company provides two HCCL-10000 sodium hypochlorite generators, one for use and one for backup. In addition, there is one PAC dosing device, one PAM dosing device, and one powder activated carbon dosing device, which can achieve a daily water treatment capacity of 50000 tons.
The sodium hypochlorite generator uses a diaphragm free electrolysis method to produce a low concentration sodium hypochlorite disinfectant by electrolyzing low concentration salt water, thereby killing bacteria, pathogens, and plankton in the water. The equipment is currently in the trial operation stage, and all water quality tests comply with the National Drinking Health Standards (GB5749-2022).
The successful operation of the supporting project for the Middle Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project marks a further development of HCZHUN in the field of water treatment. In the future, HCZHUN will continue to deepen its efforts in the field of water treatment, manufacture internationally leading equipment, promote the development of water resources, and contribute to the cause of environmental protection.
